This site has no direct relationship to any Lottery or gaming site and is not a part of any Lottery system or organization. We take no responsibility if you use this odds calculator and still lose your wager; that is YOUR choice. We are making them available to show what poor odds many of these games actually have. These calculators use only pure math to calculate the odds, based on the number of possible selections, the number of selections chosen and on the numbers selected for consideration. There are factors taken into consideration if there are extra numbers that must also be selected. They do NOT take into consideration any weighted selections but now factor duplicate number selections. Do NOT check the Duplicate Numbers Allowed box if the number selected or number to match in that section is only 1. The calculators now also factor for the chances of repeated duplicate numbers. This calculated odds system is accurate for random selection but is representative of ONLY the BEST possible odds. In weighted systems, your odds will probably be different and more than likely are worse; they will certainly be no better. To use these calculators, enter the number of numbers you need to select; the default is 6. Then enter the number of possible values to select from; the default is 54. Finally, enter the number of correct entries of the number selected that you wish to calculate the odds of getting correct; the default is 3. If the number of numbers you need to select is greater than 1 and your target number is greater than 1, and you need to allow for duplicate numbers, check the box. Click on the Calculate The Raw Base Odds button. The odds are returned as one or two possible values. If your selection ALSO has an extra select possibility, enter, in the same manner, the values in that section. The default is to choose 1 number, out of 50 numbers and to match only that 1 number. It can be changed for other values. If the number of numbers you need to select is greater than 1 and your target number is greater than 1, and you need to allow for duplicate numbers, check the box. Click on the Calculate Extra Number Odds button for that single result. If you then wish to see the combined factors of both sections as a single total, click on that button. The odds against you, as you will see, increase tremendously.

This site has always tried to help, inform, and entertain people, and I've tried to keep it as ad-free as possible, which is a rarity for a Web site.
It costs hundreds of dollars a year to host this site and it requires hundreds of hours to maintain and update it.
Nice2know.com is currently funded, designed and maintained solely by the owner and it will only survive through hard-work and the support and input of members like you. If you appreciate what I've done, and/or wish to keep the site going, please help me in any way you can.
